We conducted a pew census drive this past fall and did not receive a census form from you. We are now reaching out to confirm whether you are still an active member of St. Thomas More and to update any changes to your address, phone number, or email. If you are still a parish member—whether your information has changed or remains the same—please fill out the form below to submit your details. If you are no longer a member of the parish, please let us know by phone or email. If we do not hear from you, we will have to inactivate your record in our database.
