This past fall, we conducted a parish pew census and did not receive a form from you. We’re now reaching out to confirm whether you are still an active member of St. Thomas More and to update any changes to your address, phone number, or email. 

If you are still a parish member—whether your information has changed or stayed the same—please take a moment to complete the form below so we can keep our records accurate. If you recently received a Census postcard, please know it was sent automatically by our system and wasn’t meant to feel personal. Simply let us know that you’re still active, and everything will be updated.

If you are no longer part of the parish, please let us know by phone or email. If we don’t hear from you, we will need to inactivate your record in our database.
