Presented by Karen Sheehy, STM Coordinator of Scripture Studies and Spiritual Direction, karens@stmlv.org or 725-204-7319.
The STM Marian Apparition Virtual Pilgrimage will be offered on Tuesday, May 20th, 2025, at 9:00 - 11:00 am and 6:30 - 8:30 pm in room 9 in the Community Center. A $5.00 goodwill offering will be collected at the time of enrollment or upon entry into the event.
On this virtual pilgrimage, we will visit:
- The religious complex surrounding the Hill of Tepeyac (Mexico City), including the Basilica of Our Lady of Guadalupe, where Our Lady appeared to St. Juan Diego (1531) detailing God’s abundant love for His children.
- The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes (France), where Our Lady appeared to St. Bernadette (1858) announcing herself as “the Immaculate Conception.”
- The National Shrine of Our Lady of Champion (Wisconsin), where Our Lady of Good Help appeared to Adele Brise (1859), expressing her great desire to help individuals grow in holiness.
- The Sanctuary of Fatima (Portugal) and birthplace of the three Fatima visionaries (Lucia Santos, Francisco, and Jacinta Marto), where Our Lady called God’s children to pray the rosary for world peace and the end of the Great War.
- The Sanctuary of Our Lady of Kibeho (Rwanda), where Our Lady of Sorrows appeared (1981) to three young female visionaries (Alphonsine Mumureke, Nathalie Mukamazimpaka, and Marie Claire Mukangango), making an urgent appeal for repentance, conversion of hearts, and forgiveness for others who cause harm.
