Camp Focus:

Group based discipleship is central to the summer camp experience. Campers are invited to encounter Christ, deepen their faith, and strengthen relationships within their group.

Dates:

July 11 - 16, 2027 (Sunday - Friday)

Location:

Whispering Winds Camp in California is a beautiful 161-acre retreat nestled in the Cuyamaca Mountains within the scenic Cleveland National Forest. Located just a short drive from San Diego, the camp provides young people with a peaceful setting to grow in their faith, connect with others, and experience God’s presence through the beauty and tranquility of nature.

Cost:

$735 per person. The listed fee covers one week of camp activities, lodging, meals from Sunday dinner through Friday lunch, a nightly snack, and a camp t-shirt. Meals during travel to and from camp as well as bus transportation are not included in this cost. That will be discussed later.

Fundraising:

There will be several opportunities throughout the year for students to earn funds and reduce the overall cost of their trip. Fundraising opportunities may include assisting with Ice Cream Socials, the Parish Festival, the Ceramic Social, Trunk or Treat, GLOWS, and other parish events. Additional details about these fundraising opportunities will be shared and discussed throughout the year.
