CONFIRMATION

Classes for first year Confirmation preparation (9th grade and older): Teens attend Life Nights on Sunday evening after the 5:30 p.m. Life Teen Mass. Parents and teens, entering this program, need to attend an orientation on Sun., August 29, 2010 @ 1:30 pm.
Classes for second year Confirmation preparation (10th grade and older) Prerequisite for Confirmation 2 is attendance and completion of Confirmation 1. Confirmation 2 is set up that the 1st half of the year (Sept., Oct., Nov.), students will attend Life Nights, which are held after the Life Teen Mass. Beginning in Dec., students will attend separate Confirmation 2 class, which will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Sunday and includes the teens attending the Life Teen Mass as a class with their facilitator. On Sunday, October 10, there will be a meeting for a parents and teens at 7:00 p.m. in the Church. If the teen's sponsor is in town, we invite them also to attend. A detailed calendar will be given out with dates & times for required Life Nights and separate classes. All paperwork will also be handed out.
Parents of students who are unbaptized must make a separate appointment with Juliann Dwyer.
Fees are due at the time of registration. If a financial situation prevents you from paying part or all of the tuition, please contact the Religious Education Office.
