Baptism, Eucharist and Confirmation together constitute the sacraments of Christian initiation. The Catechism of the Catholic Church states that, "Preparation for Confirmation should aim at leading the Christian toward more intimate union with Christ and a more lively familiarity with the Holy Spirit- his actions, his gifts, and his bidding - in order  to be more capable of assuming the apostolic responsibilities of Christian life."

The Adult Confirmation process at St. Thomas More Catholic Community begins with an interview followed by class sessions (with homework!) as well as a church community service project.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old and be a baptized Catholic who has already made their first confession and received their first communion.

Classes begin in February on Sunday mornings from 9:30 a.m. until 11:00 a.m. Registration and interviews begin in November.
